What you will do as a Technical Project Review
Solar Permit Preparation
- Create accurate solar permit packages that meet AHJ requirements, client processes, SLAs, productivity goals, and quality standards.
- Follow assigned schedules and maintain professional, responsive communication.
- Participate actively in weekly meetings, 1:1s, and team huddles.
System Activation & Onboarding
- Assist homeowners with account setup, system activation, and commissioning
- Verify system data accuracy (production, consumption, battery performance, connectivity).
- Confirm PTO status and system readiness and guide customers through app setup and basic features.
Customer Support & Education
- Educate homeowners on energy production, consumption, and battery functionality.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools.
- Communicate technical details clearly and in customerfriendly terms.
Troubleshooting & Resolution
- Resolve activation and monitoring issues (e.g., offline gateways, missing data).
- Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer support for escalations.
- Document issues, solutions, and followups in CRM and service systems.

What We're Looking For
- Engineering graduates preferred;or other technical course graduates with at least one year of handson experience using AutoCAD or exposure to solar-related projects.
- 13 years of experience in technical support, preferably within the solar or energy industry.
- Familiarity with homeowner support or home technology products, with working knowledge of platforms in solar supports.
- Must be willing towork onsite
