We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong software engineering foundation to lead complex, high-impact projects. The ideal candidate brings over 12 years of overall experience in the IT industry, including a transition from hands-on full-stack development to technical leadership. Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and business goals.
- Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with architects and lead developers to define system design and integration strategies across the full stack.
- Agile Management: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; manage backlogs and remove blockers for the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical constraints and progress into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical debt, security vulnerabilities, and infrastructure bottlenecks to ensure project stability.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: 12+ years of total experience in Software Development, with at least 2+ years in a dedicated Technical Project Management or Lead role.
- Core Development: Proven background in Full Stack Development, specifically with Java (Spring Boot/Microservices).
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and cloud architecture patterns.
- DevOps Culture: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
- SDLC Mastery: Expert knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle and modern Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into code reviews or architectural discussions when necessary.
