The Role
We're looking for a PM who thinks like a developer. Someone who's already using Claude Code to draft Linear tickets, understands what a PR review involves, and can read a terminal without flinching.
You'll manage web projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, shipping, and keeping clients informed. You'll lead a development team of 5+ and need to speak their language fluently.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate a development team of 5+ across multiple concurrent projects
- Manage everything in Lineartickets, sprints, roadmaps
- Translate client requirements into clear technical specs
- Spot risks early and keep projects on track and profitable
- Coordinate daily with dev teams via Slack and async updates
You Should Have
- 2+ years PM experience in tech/agency environments
- Proven experience managing technical teams of 5+
- Development backgroundyou've written code professionally or as a serious pursuit
- Working knowledge of Git, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD basics
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture (Next.js, React, APIs, headless CMS)
- Already using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) in your workflow
- Excellent communicationclear, concise, no fluff
Bonus Points
- Experience with Vercel, JAMstack, or headless CMS platforms
- Familiarity with Sanity, Contentful, or similar
- You've managed projects in Linear before
