Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and budget tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, acting as the main liaison among clients, product teams, and developers.
  • Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and adapt to changing requirements or priorities.
  • Monitor and report on key project performance indicators such as timeline, scope, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Oversee release management activities including UAT coordination, documentation, client demos, and release communication.
  • Facilitate project ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
  • Coach and mentor junior project team members, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal project governance standards and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field
  • 35 years of project management experience, ideally in a cross-functional or Agile environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
  • Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling best practices

Nice To Have

  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification
  • Background in software development lifecycles or digital product management
  • Experience leading remote or distributed teams
  • Exposure to change management or organizational transformation initiatives
  • Financial forecasting and reporting knowledge
  • Ability to coach and build high-performing teams
