Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Own and manage the product backlog for mobile and web applications, ensuring prioritization based on business value, user impact, and technical dependencies
· Define, refine, and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA, aligned with Agile best practices
· Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to review and validate designs and prototypes created in Figma, ensuring consistency across platforms
· Work with engineering teams delivering solutions using microservices and micro-frontend architectures supporting web and mobile applications
· Partner with mobile and web development teams across the end-to-end development life cycle, from discovery to release
· Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
· Provide high-level technical input during refinement and planning to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards
· Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clarifying scope, dependencies, and delivery expectations
· Support design-to-development handoff by ensuring clarity around flows, integrations, platform-specific behavior, and edge cases
· Validate completed work against acceptance criteria to ensure quality and value delivery
· Salesforce Certifications or satisfactory experience a plus. Knowledge and experience in credit card processing industry/applications also a plus.
· Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application levels
· Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection
· Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all results
· Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects

Card payment experience
Soft skills – communication and negotiation skills and able to lead multiple scrum teams in terms of business and product requirements.
· Bachelors or master's degree in related technical field
· 5+ years of associated work experience
· Advanced SQL database management and maintenance skills
· Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio
· Detailed analytical abilities
· Strong experience in user testing and project management
Required Skills & Experience:
· Experience supporting cross-platform solutions (iOS, Android, Web)
· Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably supporting mobile and web applications
· Strong working knowledge of Figma for reviewing UI/UX designs and prototypes
· Experience working across the mobile and web application development life cycle
· Knowledgeable in microservices and micro-frontend architectures supporting multi-platform solutions
· Proficiency in JIRA for backlog management, story creation, refinement, and tracking
· Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on team experience
· High-level technical knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and platform constraints
· Strong communication skills with the ability to align business, design, and engineering teams

· Familiarity with accessibility, usability, and enterprise architecture standards
· Experience working in largescale or regulated enterprise environments
