Key Responsibilities
- Lead EDRMS rollout across departments using SharePoint Online
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and site structures
- Design and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, and metadata
- Support workflow automation (Power Automate) and system integrations
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT
- Drive user adoption through training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
- Track rollout progress, risks, and reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Business Analysis (preferably SharePoint/records management)
- Strong knowledge of records lifecycle, retention, and governance
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Power Automate, AvePoint (preferred)
- Background in workflow design, documentation, and stakeholder management
