Job Description
- Act as the primary technical contact for regulatory bodies and service providers.
- Translate complex technical matters into clear, actionable information for stakeholders.
- Manage technical requirements, risks, deliverables, and timelines across multiple accounts.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead documentation efforts, technical reporting, and escalation protocols.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and align with project goals.
- Conduct training sessions on technical best practices and system usage.
- Support executive initiatives through technical insight and cross-functional collaboration.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 8 years of experience in technical roles (e.g., software development, IT project management, or systems engineering).
- Strong background in managing B2B accounts, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system architecture, and integration practices.
- Experience in compliance-driven environments (e.g., audit, legal, iGaming, or fintech) is an advantage.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with CRM and documentation tools.
