- The Technical Product Analyst supports digital transformation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities, translating business needs into technology solutions, and delivering data-driven insights. This role collaborates with stakeholders to enhance systems, automate processes, develop reports, and ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology enablement.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business insights for decision-making.
- Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementation activities.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Recommend improvements based on user feedback, operational challenges, and system performance.
- Assist in change management, user training, documentation, and solution adoption.
- Prepare project updates and recommendations for stakeholders and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, digital projects, process improvement, reporting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development; Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with system integrations, testing, or quality assurance processes is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, and Visio.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and business processes.
