Our Customers:

Ecosystems are built on platforms that support multi-participant markets and multi-point transactions. Therefore, from an ecosystem development perspective, our customers are the participants in these ecosystems.

This can be made clearer by way of example. For the financial services platform, the resulting ecosystem has the following participants:

  • Financial institutions such as rural bank and non-bank financial institutions (coops, lenders, etc.)
  • Customers of these financial institutions
  • Financial service providers that leverage the platform such as lenders and insurers
  • Technology providers that build solutions on top of the platform

Technical Lead

Technical Lead is a software engineer responsible for leading a development

team; ensuring that the developers are aligned with the technical direction and produce quality applications/solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the Solutions Architect and other subject matter experts to design the
  • Technical Implementation Plan of complex applications or solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, are scalable, secure, maintainable and are delivered within planned timelines and budgets.
  • Lead the development team in the end-to-end delivery of the technical solution.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the delivery of the applications/solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of concerned applications with other systems.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for the technical specifications of the application/solution.
  • Work on the releases and ensure that they are aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Work with the app support team to address system issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or any relevant experience
  • Well-experienced in web (React, Java (front-end and back-end)) & mobile applications development (iOS and Android)
  • Well-experienced in microservice architecture and development
  • Well-experienced with agile development concepts (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Experience in low code Appian/Outsystems development is a plus
  • Experience in API or Node.js development is a plus
  • Experience in user stories estimation, design, and CI/CD is a plus
  • Well-experienced in handling a team
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and organizational skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced software development environment
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to analyze a wide range of complex software problems, then recommend solutions.
  • Must be flexible and able to work to deadlines
