Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of IT Experience.
Job Description:
- Provide level 2 troubleshooting and support for Citrix environments: XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud
- Work directly with end users to address their issues and concerns within SLA
- Participate in change controls, patching and updating of Citrix Environment.
- Utilize Citrix Director for real-time monitoring and diagnostics.
- Utilize AI tools to improve automation and reporting initiatives, troubleshooting and metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3 years Citrix Support in an enterprise environment
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (this is customer facing role)
- Experience with Citrix DAAS, Storefront, and printing support.
