- Lead new model preparation projects as the Person-in-Charge (PIC), ensuring readiness for production launch.
- Review and validate packaging specifications to align with quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and execute technical activities within the department to support operational needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, eliminating inefficiencies and enhancing overall productivity.
- Develop product and service specifications for new model products to support accurate and efficient production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and organizational objectives.
Education: Bachelor in Science Industrial Engineering
