Technical Engineer Hybrid will be assigned in all facets of the Infrastructure Solutions Department.
Technical Engineer
- Understanding customer pain points and projects and effectively addressing the concerns and requirements
- Provide technical expertise through system designing
- Support technical evaluations of recommended solutions
- Work with team and account manager to come up with the recommendation and strategies
- Respond in a timely manner to technical pre-and post-sales inquiries
- Attend the meetings/ pre-bid conference to accommodate the technical concerns
- Diagnosing/ Troubleshooting: Discovering the cause of technical faults and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Installation: installing / mounting and termination of cable/wires to equipment devices and systems
- Configuration: programming, Configuring and setting up the systems and devices
- Maintenance: identify faulty equipment, upgrading software and monitoring performance.
- Deliver brief training/orientation to the client during the project/service turnover
- Provide technical documentation and report via email
