Job Description
- Product knowledge and expertise on the given products and solutions
- Project assessment and understanding
- Proper product positioning
- Creation of system design and layout
- Creation of recommendation, bill of materials and technical documentation
- Project implementation
- Presentation and collaboration with team
- Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.
- Document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and action taken through to the final resolution.
- Attend meeting and pre-bid conference
- Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the positions.
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS project
- Experience with structured cabling and CCTV, Access control, Audio Visual
- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
- Exceptional written and Oral Communication Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills
- Strong documentation skills
- With driving skills and a license
