We're Hiring: Technical Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Civil)

Medina Plant, Misamis Oriental

At Axelum Resources Corp., we are looking for motivated and technically skilled Technical Engineers to support the improvement, maintenance, and optimization of our plant operations, equipment, systems, and facilities. Successful candidates will be assigned to Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering functions based on their qualifications and area of expertise.

About the Role

The Technical Engineer provides technical support for engineering projects, plant improvement initiatives, equipment reliability, and facility maintenance. The role ensures that engineering activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, quality requirements, and operational goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for engineering projects and plant improvement initiatives
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, testing, and evaluation of equipment, systems, and facilities
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and engineering recommendations
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and turnover activities

Depending on Your Discipline

Electrical Engineering

• Support energy conservation initiatives and electrical system improvements
• Assist in electrical equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability improvement

Mechanical Engineering

• Support fabrication activities, mechanical equipment improvement, and plant engineering projects
• Assist in equipment troubleshooting, modification, and preventive maintenance

Electronics Engineering

• Support instrumentation, automation, process control systems, and equipment monitoring
• Assist in troubleshooting and improvement of electronic and control systems

Civil Engineering

• Support facilities and building maintenance, structural improvements, and plant infrastructure projects
• Monitor repair, renovation, and construction activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer
• Relevant industrial, manufacturing, plant engineering, or project experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, equipment, facilities, automation, or engineering projects is preferred
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Medina, Misamis Oriental
