Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, standards, and components
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Materials (BOM) for Solar PV systems based on project requirements.
  • Manage procurement activities for local and international suppliers, including sourcing, evaluation, and coordination.
  • Handle import purchasing processes and oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposals, including project costing, profit analysis, and scope definition.
  • Maintained organized records of project data, supplier information, client details, and delivery schedules.
  • Support inventory monitoring and coordinate material deliveries to project sites and clients.
  • Track project budgets and cash flow, analyzing actual versus projected costs and profitability.
  • Prepare technical reports and professional presentation materials for internal and client use.
  • Apply knowledge of Solar PV systems, components, and design considerations to support procurement and sales activities.
