Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist II

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% -Conducts training in basic, common and core competencies in Center-Based and Community Based/Industry Based
10% -Prepares session plan, progress/achievement charts, Learner's Achievement Monitoring Report (LAMR), and trainee evaluation
10% -Develops competency-based curriculum (CBC) and competency-based learning materials (CBLMs)
10% -Conducts studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instruction
10% -Prepares and administers tests to evaluate instructions
10% -Provides guidance and support to trainees
10% -Conducts maintenance of tools and equipment and facilities used in the training program
10% -Conducts competency assessment and
10% -Performs other functions as may be required.
