Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20% Provide Training and Assessment
15%Participates in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the targets and performance of Offices according to agreed indicators and measures
15%Supports the conduct of periodic inventory undertaking and facilitates physical verification of inventory items and prepares reports relative thereto
10%Supports the conduct of periodic inventory undertaking and facilitates physical verification of inventory items and prepares reports relative thereto
10%Identifies and recommends for disposal all non-expendable properties of the agency
10% Supports timely preparation and submission of the following reports (Annual Procurement Plan, Pre and Post Repair Inspection Reports, Report of Waste Materials, Acknowledgement Receipt of Articles, Invoice Receipt of Property)
10%Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
5%Monitors status of existing requisitions and
5%Performs other related functions.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
. Prefarably with NTTC CSS NC II
. TM Level I Holder
. Monitoring and Evaluation Skills
. Oral and Written Communication Skills
. Research and Development Skills
. Skills in Networking and Linkaging
. Conflict Management Skills
. Adheres to Professional/Work Ethics
. Assertive and can work under pressure
