Job Description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

40%-Develop programs, project concepts, terms of reference, and other relevant documents for the implementation of Capability Building Programs (CBP), technical Learning Sessions (TLS), and other sustainability-related initiatives
10%-Collect data and monitor the implementation of the Green TVET Framework every semester and prepares corresponding reports
10%-Participate in meetings with partners institutions and agencies concerning sustainability and green technologies, and prepares meeting documentation and reports.
20%-Consolidate and review submitted articles, draft messages and content for the development and publication of the Green TVET Journal
10%-Prepare presentation materials, visuals, and video for trainings, reports, and stakeholder engagements
5%-Manage and update Green Technology Center (GTC) media Platforms and develops content to promote implemented sustainable programs and green practices.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

-Preferably with 1 year demonstrated ability in project/program management related to sustainable development, environmental management or green technologies, including stakeholder coordination, implementation, and reporting.
-Preferably with 1 year demonstrated ability in data gathering and analysis, report preparation/ documentation, and promotion of sustainability-related programs.
-Preferably with 4 hours training in sustainability, environmental management, green technologies, or other green development initiatives, including project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
-Preferably with at least 16 hours of training in project management or other areas supporting sustainability programs.
