Job Description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies.
20%Provides technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries.
20%Assist in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of educational / training programs for his subject field
20%Consolidates data and other periodic reports.
10%Prepare reports and monitor programs.
5%Promote programs and services.
5% Perform other related functions as maybe authorized.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing
Advance computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office applications, and use of Internet and online applications
Monitoring and Evaluation Skills
Research and Development Skills
Skills in Networking and Linkaging
Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
Good interpersonal working relationship in a team environment
Conflict Management Skills
Adheres to professional work ethics
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
