Job Description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

30% - Process the enrollment and registration of learners and beneficiaries for scholarship and other training programs offered by the Center in accordance to policies and audit requirements
20% - Conducts and delivers competency-based and blended learning program/s, including community-based training
10% - Prepares and updates competency-based curriculum, session plan/s, CBLMs, institutional assessment tools, training and maintenance plans according to Operational Procedures
10% - Prepares and executes budget/fund utilization, and budget monitoring/obligation to budget utilization rate
10% - Respond to inquiries
10% - Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders and
10% - Performs other related functions.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

.Bachelor's Degree Holder of Food Technology or a related course or Bachelor's Degree Holder of tourism-related course
.Holder of a National Certificate of Food Processing/ Carpentry / Technical Drafting / tourism-related qualifications
.Holder of at least a Certificate of Recognition as a Community-Based Trainer on construction sector, processed food sector, tourism sector
.Preferably, a holder of Trainer's Methodology Level I National Certificate
.Must be physically and mentally fit with good moral character
.Intermediate to advance oral and written communication skills
.Advance computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office applications, and use of Internet and online applications
.Adheres to professional work ethics
.Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
.Advance application of T2MIS and BSRS
.Good interpersonal working relationship in a team environment
