Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. As a Technical Consultant specialized in Palo Alto solutions, you will provide expert technical support and consultation to clients, assisting them with the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Palo Alto technologies. Core responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs, conducting in-depth analysis to recommend effective solutions, and efficiently addressing technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven Analytical Skills to assess client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Experience in Consulting and providing expertise on Palo Alto products and services
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve system issues
• Strong Sales skills to support customer engagement and demonstrate product value
• A solid understanding of IT security and networking concepts is highly desirable
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration
• Relevant certifications, such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
