- Prepare detailed quotations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
- Perform material take-offs and cost estimations based on drawings and project requirements.
- Analyze and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations to determine the most competitive and technically sound options.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment across technical disciplines.
- Ensure proper integration between HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to support smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in electrical estimation, MEP estimation, building services engineering, or electrical system design within construction or building services projects. Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing material take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed cost estimates.
- Strong knowledge of electrical building systems, including power distribution, lighting systems, data networks, CCTV, access control systems, fire detection systems, videophone systems, domotics, solar systems, battery storage systems, and low-voltage installations.
- Working knowledge of building services systems, including ventilation systems, heat pumps, and plumbing networks.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents with appropriate guidance and supervision.
- Proficiency in engineering and estimation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, PlanSwift, or equivalent tools.
