Site-Based Role
We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical / MEP Engineer with strong site execution, coordination, billing, QA/QC and commissioning experience for a project in Tuguegarao, Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site supervision, installation, testing & commissioning of Mechanical MEP systems
- Coordination with contractors, consultants, vendors, client & PMC teams
- Review of drawings, BOQs, technical submittals & calculations
- Quantity verification, contractor billing & measurement documentation
- QA/QC inspections, testing records, NCR closure & handover documentation
- Progress monitoring, reporting & multidisciplinary coordination
- Support project closeout, as-built drawings & O&M documentation
Systems Experience Required:
HVAC Systems
- Chiller plants, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/DX systems
- Ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation & TAB
- HVAC controls & BMS coordination
Plumbing Systems
- Water supply, drainage, sewage & rainwater systems
- Pump rooms, tanks, booster systems & sanitary fixtures
- Pressure testing, flushing & commissioning
Fire Protection Systems
- Hydrants, sprinklers, hose reels & fire pumps
- Fire water tanks, hydraulic calculations & commissioning
- Coordination with Fire Alarm & Life Safety systems
Utility Systems
- STP, WTP, storm water & rainwater harvesting systems
- Pumps, filtration, dosing & treated water systems
- Mechanical utility coordination & statutory compliance
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Mechanical Utility systems
- Ability to review drawings, BOQs, specifications & technical submittals
- Experience in testing, commissioning & QA/QC documentation
- Knowledge of heat load calculations, chiller sizing, pump sizing & hydraulic systems
- Experience in contractor billing, quantity verification & variation documentation
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM 360, Revit or similar platforms is an advantage

- Strong site coordination & communication skills

- Good documentation, reporting & record-keeping discipline
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts under deadlines
- Strong ownership, accountability & attention to detail

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–6 years of relevant Mechanical / MEP experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Utility Systems
- Experience in site supervision, QA/QC, billing & commissioning
- AutoCAD / BIM 360 / Revit knowledge is an advantage
- Willing to work in Tuguegarao, Philippines
