Job Description
About the Role
As Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging business transformation initiatives with technology-enabled solutions. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for automation, digitalization, analytics, and AI adoption while ensuring business requirements are translated into clear, actionable, and scalable solutions.
What You'll Own
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements; facilitate workshops; create BRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Identify automation opportunities, assess use cases, support workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, system integrations, and business case development
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams, support planning, UAT, deployment readiness, and solution validation
- Support process redesign efforts, evaluate performance improvements, and track realized benefits
- Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, GenAI, low-code platforms, analytics, and automation tools
What You'll Bring
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Digital Transformation, Technology Delivery, Automation, or related roles
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Exposure to UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA technologies
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.
- Experience supporting Shared Services, BPO, GBS, Operations Excellence, or Enterprise Transformation functions
- Experience participating in AI, Generative AI, workflow automation, or intelligent process automation initiatives
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Project Management methodologies
- Exposure to change management, user adoption, and benefits realization activities
Strongly preferred
- Business requirements management and documentation
- Process mapping and workflow analysis
- SQL, databases, and data structures
- APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Power Platform, RPA, automation tools exposure preferred
- Power BI or analytics platforms
- Understanding of AI and Generative AI use cases
