Onsite Location: Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained through construction.
- Review and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Resolve technical issues that arise during design development and construction phases.
- Oversee design quality, materials, and construction detailing to meet project requirements.
- Assist in value engineering and feasibility studies when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of architectural experience.
- Strong exposure to residential and high-rise building projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Revit, and other relevant design tools.
