  • Managing DMARC records for customers and running reports
  • Technical consulting regarding domain management
  • Manage the KnowBe4 security awareness platform
  • Vulnerability Management using Qualys
  • Document policies and procedures
  • Managing projects in the CRM system
  • Provide assistance to Security consultants in technical matters
  • Respond to alerts from security tools
  • Run technical reports from various tools, such as vulnerability management
  • No direct project deliverables responsibilities
