Your Role

As a Technical Analyst, you will:

Manage DMARC records for customers and generate related reports
Provide technical consulting support on domain and email security management
Administer and maintain the KnowBe4 security awareness platform
Perform vulnerability management activities using Qualys
Monitor and respond to alerts from security tools
Generate and analyze technical reports from security and vulnerability platforms
Assist security consultants with technical tasks and investigations
Document policies, procedures, and security processes
Manage and track activities within the CRM system
Support coordination of cybersecurity-related projects (non-delivery role)
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and general office support

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Experience in office administration, executive assistance, or similar support roles
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and support project coordination
Good communication skills for internal and client coordination
Willingness to learn technical concepts within cybersecurity

Preferred Skills/expertise

Exposure to cybersecurity concepts (e.g., DMARC, vulnerability management, security tools)
Familiarity with platforms such as KnowBe4 or Qualys
Basic understanding of domain and email security
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
Bachelor's degree preferred; diploma holders are welcome to apply
