We're looking for a Tech Lead who can keep complex environments humming, clients smiling, and P1 incidents from turning into full-blown teleseryes. You'll lead technically, mentor generously, and step in when things get spicy. Calm head, sharp skills, zero panic.
What You'll Actually Do
Technical leadership
You're the technical north star for your team.
You guide, review, unblock, and occasionally save the day.
- Lead a dedicated team as their technical go-to
- Review L2 and L3 tickets and handle the gnarly stuff
- Own P1 incidents and drive them to resolution without drama
Proactive issue management
You don't wait for things to break. You spot the cracks early.
- Review service catalogues and client environments
- Identify improvements across multiple clients
- Recommend fixes, upgrades, and smarter ways of doing things
- Flag potential escalations before they become urgent
Projects, minus the red tape
Small to mid-sized projects are yours to run.
- Server builds, MFA, SSO, security changes and similar work
- Work directly with clients, often without a Project Manager hovering
- Deliver clean outcomes, not endless meetings
Training and mentorship
You make the people around you
better.
- Coach junior engineers and future tech leaders
- Build confidence, not just skills
- Help create a culture of learning that sticks
Cross-functional collaboration
You work well with others because that's how things get done.
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Projects
- Keep everyone aligned on the real goal: happy clients
Requirements
What we're looking for
Must-haves:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience as a Tech Lead, Tech Consultant, or similar
- Strong Microsoft Azure experience:
- Azure AD Connect
- Azure AD
- Azure IAM
- PowerShell skills across on-prem and cloud
- Backup solutions experience like Veeam or equivalent
- Security and policy management experience
- Office 365, Intune MDM, Autopilot, and admin experience
- Comfortable managing projects and client relationships
- Calm under pressure and confident escalating when needed
- Willing to work hybrid from home and either Ortigas or Alabang
Nice-to-haves:
- Managed services, outsourcing, or professional services experience
- Networking fundamentals: switching, routing, security
- Large Hyper-V environments or clusters
