About The Role

The Team Manager oversee the collection of unpaid insurance premiums (91+ DPD) for AL, HL, and BML, as well as the management of remedial accounts for mortgage products such as HL, BML, and CTS. This includes handling foreclosure processes, DOU buybacks, and resolving document deficiencies. The role directly supervises an Agency Officers and Team Leader managing Remedial Officers. The primary purpose is to ensure assigned products meet performance targets/budget goals while maintaining compliance with bank policies and processes.

How you'll contribute

  • Monitor and update established KPIs of supervised team regularly, to enhance team's performance.
  • Distribute established KPIs and develop other methods to motivate Mortgage Remedial Team Leader and LS-Insurance Agency Officers and maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Evaluate overall Mortgage Remedial Team and LS-Insurance Agency Officer performance regularly (including random Agency Visit) with coordination with other team units involved in handling the product and bucket assigned to ensure their performance high contributes to target attainment.
  • Analyze reports and existing processes to advise Mortgage Management & Insurance Section Head for both Remedial and Insurance, strategy modifications, and overall team performance.
  • Monitor ACA efforts in achieving targets for foreclosure, doc def and insurance and propose methods to increase ACA performance related to the metrics to the Mortgage Management & Insurance Section Head.
  • Communicate with supervised Team Leader to ensure strategy alignment and to receive feedback to inspire strategy modifications or corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with the Mortgage Management and Insurance Section Head, Team Leaders, MIS and Strategist to develop daily accounts allocation for ACA Insurance and Remedial Team.
  • Ensure team awareness and compliance with approved existing manuals, policies, procedures, and guidelines with reference to the Collections Manual.
  • Receive and resolve cases escalated by the mortgage Remedial Team Leader and Agency Officer (special cases, calls unable to be handled in certain amounts of time, etc.

What we're looking for

  • With at least 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in people management in Collections
  • Effective leadership, planning, and organization skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, target-driven environment with focus on achieving collection goals.
  • Demonstrates clear thinking and good judgment in various situation
  • Amenable to be assigned in Alabang and Makati
