Position Summary
Entity Content maintains a central database that connects and unlocks the true value of our content across our products and internal services. We are the starting point for all organization information. The data we provide helps our customers run their business successfully and in accordance with the law and regulations of the markets they operate in. We provide Entity data and Qualified financial content as services to the industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manages a team of Analysts in a hybrid working environment
- Assigns and reviews work, driving and supervising performance and results
- Develops expertise within the team by identifying gaps in knowledge and proposing or conducting training of more junior staff
- Motivates team to meet customer requirements and improve quality and service standards by setting ambitious but achievable Key Performance Indicators
- Provide leadership and Content Set support at the team level to ensure that Data quality and timeliness requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- Leads a team and ensures all customer concern/issues are handled appropriately and according to policy
- Leads performance enablement discussions, review process & career development
- Motivate, support and develop staff to enhance and maintain the ability to adapt to the changing requirements of a continuously evolving business environment
- Manages the day-to-day operations and recruitment, training and development of the team
- Contributes to cross functional initiatives or horizontal initiatives.
Required Skills And Experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Moderate/relevant Content experience.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of leaders and help build a cohesive environment.
- Ability to nurture and drive innovation within the team.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Should be able to review large volume of data and identify patterns.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
- Should be flexible enough to work in different shifts & Hybrid model of 3 days in Office & 2 days working from Home.
- Good decision making and problem-solving abilities
