Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service attitude with ability to maintain professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to handle change and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be flexible to work hours/shifts based on business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good administrative detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of reliability, commitment, tenacity, teamwork, and creative energy to achieve success; excellent time management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Experience in any inbound/outboundcall center,customer service, customer retention, and/or business development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • At least 2 years experience as a Team Manager
  • Previous experience working in Siebel and/or facilities maintenance is a plus.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid set up in IT Park Skyrise Cebu
