Job Description

The Team Leader Web Implementation plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of website builds and CRM configurations for PushPress clients. This position is responsible for supervising a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client expectations and internal quality standards. The Team Leader oversees daily operations, provides technical guidance on platforms like Webflow and GoHighLevel, and drives continuous improvement in team performance and processes. This role requires a blend of leadership, project coordination, quality assurance, and hands-on knowledge of digital tools to support the client's onboarding and success journey.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience leading digital production or support teams
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow and/or GoHighLevel
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools or automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot)
  • Deep understanding of content moderation, CRM workflows, and task delegation
  • Strong reporting skills using dashboards and documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Linear)
  • Proven ability to manage technical tasks and supervise multiple projects
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • High attention to detail and QA mindset
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to team success
  • Comfortable working with checklists, systems, and client-facing communication
  • Tech-savvy and continuously learning emerging tools and methods
  • Amenable to working in the office in a hybrid setup
