Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Tagbilaran. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that performance targets, quality standards, and service-level agreements are consistently met. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching team members, managing schedules, monitoring productivity, and providing regular performance feedback. The role involves resolving escalations, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing process improvements aligned with Sagility's healthcare operations standards. The Team Leader will also support training initiatives, maintain accurate reports, and foster a positive, compliant, and customer-focused work environment.
