As a Team Leader for both the Front of the House and Back of the House, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and customers.
- Manage and train staff in both areas
- Ensure high standards of service and food quality
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for efficient operations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
