1. Monitor operations and align with fellow Team leaders, to immediate supervisor to keep things running smoothly
2. Coach team members on their performance and personal development.
3. Create a safe, welcoming and supportive working environment.
4. Preparing and conducting Performance Dialogues
5. Conduct performance, absence and development conversation.
5. Monitoring floor operations and Warehouse Control System for daily processing of orders.
1. At least College Level (College Graduate much better)
2. At least 2 years experience in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting)
3. Strong analytical skills - confident with systems and reports.
4. Flexible and comfortable leading teams across multiple operational areas such as Outbound Picking, Sorting, Dispatching and Transport - adapting quickly to shifting priorities and team dynamics.
