What You'll Do
- Lead and manage research-driven projects focused on U.S. hospitals and health systems, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Coordinate team workflows, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving bottlenecks.
- Edit and review client deliverables for clarity, accuracy, and visual appealturning complex healthcare data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Stay on top of healthcare trends, policy changes, and industry movements to guide strategic recommendations.
- Drive process improvements, refining workflows for efficiency and quality.
What We're Looking For
- Background in healthcare operations, medical documentation, or project management within the health sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and hospital operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate a distributed team.
