Responsible for dual role capability of People Business Partner (PBP) and Talent Acquisition (TA). During low recruitment seasons, PBP focus more on talent development, coaching and employee engagements. During recruitment spikes, the PBP/TA Partner shift toward recruiting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3-5 years experience in talent acquisition and 3-5 years experience in People Business Partnership as an individual contributor
Experience in managing a Full-Cycle Recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding; proficiency in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices
Solid understanding of business models, objectives, and challenges to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals
Proficiency in using technology to drive efficiencies and improve talent acquisition processes
Proven negotiation and communication skills, able to engage effectively with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders while securing top talent within budget constraints
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to identify issues, design practical solutions, and drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical ability, capable of interpreting data, spotting patterns, and driving informed decisions to enhance site operations
Highly customer-focused, with the ability to anticipate and address the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
