Team Leader - Property Management Operations

Role Overview

Office Beacon LLC is looking for a Team Leader to oversee a team supporting property management operations. This role is responsible for driving team productivity, ensuring service quality, and meeting client SLAs while coaching team members for consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day team operations and performance
  • Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational processes
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Handle escalations and support issue resolution
  • Track and report team metrics
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years experience in BPO, property management, or operations
  • Prior team leadership experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management

  • Ability to manage performance metrics
