Role Overview
Office Beacon LLC is looking for a Team Leader to oversee a team supporting property management operations. This role is responsible for driving team productivity, ensuring service quality, and meeting client SLAs while coaching team members for consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day team operations and performance
- Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and service quality
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational processes
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Handle escalations and support issue resolution
- Track and report team metrics
- Support onboarding and training of new hires
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years experience in BPO, property management, or operations
- Prior team leadership experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
