We're Hiring: Team Lead Collections (E1.2)
Are you an experienced Collections professional with strong O2C expertise and a passion for leading teams Join our Collections operations and take ownership of delivery, quality, and performance.
About the Role
As a Collections Team Lead, you will lead day-to-day collections operations, review team output, resolve escalations, and support the manager in driving performance, controls, and continuous improvement across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform collections activities and review work completed by team members
- Resolve functional and process-related queries raised by the team
- Coordinate with clients and external stakeholders for issue resolution
- Manage day-to-day operational activities in the absence of team members
- Support managers with reporting and operational reviews
- Guide team members using strong technical and process expertise
- Ensure adherence to AR process controls and quality standards
Must-Have Qualifications
- Extensive end-to-end knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C)
Strong experience in:
- Credit Control
- Billing
- Cash Applications
- Suspense Account Management
Hands-on experience in:
- Customer queries and collections
- Bad debt, write-offs, and chargebacks
Understanding of:
- Collection cycles and collection buckets
- Dispute management processes
- Good accounting knowledge for AR month-end close
- Strong experience with ERP-based F&A BPO processes
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel
Good-to-Have
- Experience managing a Collections Helpdesk
- Exposure to resolving AR discrepancies with internal and external customers
- Experience in IM or Records Management sector
