Role Overview
- Lead and manage a team handling insurance servicing voice interactions, including Policy inquiries and servicing support , Billing and premium-related calls , Endorsements and coverage clarification , Issue resolution involving carriers, insureds, and internal client stakeholders
- Ensure daily operations meet call volume, productivity, quality, and SLA targets
- Take corrective actions and implement incremental improvements to stabilize and optimize performance
- Ensure all transactions and call outcomes are executed per client SOPs, desktop procedures, and defined workflows
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance counseling to associates based on QA results, KPIs, and call observations
- Ensure voice interactions comply with insurance regulatory requirements, client contracts, and internal controls
- Handle client and customer call escalations as required
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years finisher of any college course
- w/ at least 2 years of People Management experience
- w/ experience in handling Insurance Brokerage account
- w/ experience in handling other type of Insurance campaign is also a plus
- amenable to work onsite and night shift in Taguig
