JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Tech Lead/Team Lead - Data Analyst to lead our customer's team of data analysts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, a strong background in SQL, MS Excel, and API integrations, and a proven track record of leading successful projects. As a Team Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of your team, ensuring data quality and accuracy, providing insights that drive business growth, and performing an analyst role if required.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies and methodologies to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets
- Design and execute data analysis projects to address specific business challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into data-driven solutions, and communicate findings effectively
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance practices and monitoring data pipelines
- Proactively identify and explore new data sources and opportunities for data-driven innovation
- Present data-driven insights to the client in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis trends and technologies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of success
- Strong technical skills in SQL, MS Excel, and other database solutions.
- Experience working with APIs and data integration tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve data-related problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for using data to drive business outcomes
WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE
- This is a work-from-office role.
- Able and willing to work in shifting schedules (including night shift)
- Must also be amenable to work from our offices in Davao City.
