Role DescriptionThe Team Lead CSC Supervisor will oversee daily operations and provide guidance to ensure the success of the team in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, setting targets, and providing feedback and training to team members to improve their skills and productivity. The role also involves addressing escalated customer concerns, ensuring policies and procedures are implemented effectively, and contributing to the overall improvement of the customer service center's processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu.
