Role Description

The Team Lead CSC Supervisor will oversee daily operations and provide guidance to ensure the success of the team in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, setting targets, and providing feedback and training to team members to improve their skills and productivity. The role also involves addressing escalated customer concerns, ensuring policies and procedures are implemented effectively, and contributing to the overall improvement of the customer service center's processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring a team in a customer service environment
  • Proficiency in communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, with a customer-focused approach
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Familiarity with customer service tools, call center technologies, and software systems
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
