Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6-10 Senior Recruiting Coordinators and Junior Recruiting Coordinators. Ensuring successful execution of end-to-end recruitment services (sourcing of participants, invitation, screening, shortlisting, processing of incentives)
- Oversee panel management for their assigned PA, assess effective recruitment tactics, deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and provide leadership within the team.
- Work closely with the training team to develop and deliver specific training to Sr RCs/RCs upon hire and on ongoing and/or supplementary team training needs. You are expected to run projects as needed.
- Proactively identify risks and issues within the operations and communicating these back to the client with proposed solutions to mitigate and resolve in partnership with x-functional teams.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify roadblocks, conduct deep dives to resolve issues or implement pilot programs & solutions and discover efficiencies in our operations.
- Create and provide reports to Team Leadership and to clients in Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Business Reviews, ad hoc meetings, and other reports on workloads and trends.
- Elevate sensitive or complex inquiries via the appropriate communication channels and partner across various cross-functional teams to find solutions and ensure the team is providing optimal customer experience each time.
- Implementation of retention strategies and manage staffing concerns by building a team with a strong motivational-fitness and sense of stewardship.
- Application of strategic approaches to achieve and maintain SLAs and KPIs which translates to overall stakeholder satisfaction.
Minimum Qualification:
- 6-8 years of experience leading delivery teams within a customer service environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or any relevant subject e.g. Business, Economics or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with G Suite products: Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc (Intermediate)
- Preference is English Language Certification (CEFR C1) or equivalent B2 certificate will be required
- Experience in managing a team of direct reports and driving excellence through people, process, and technology transformation
- Exhibits strong competency on Performance Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Prevention, Building Teams, and Analytical Abilities
- Has adequate knowledge on SLA Performance and business metrics which are critical to quality
Preferred Qualification:
- Excellent communication, teamwork, conflict-management expertise and client service skills. Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents; deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
- Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision and as a part of a team
- Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a change oriented and ambiguous working environment
- Ability to proactively anticipate challenges and obstacles and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to prioritize work often within tight deadlines
- Ability to think critically and identify opportunities to run process improvement projects
- Experience with project/program management
- Experience working in a Vendor/Client environment.
