Job Description

The Team Head for Corporate Sales is primarily responsible for building up business volume from sale of foreign exchange and derivative products to his/her assigned customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Formulates and implements business strategies in order to grow the Bank's revenues from sale of FX & derivatives products to assigned customer base
  • Ensures that all FX and derivatives sales activities with clients performed by Corporate Sales Dealers being supervised are accurate, within the given credit limits, and compliant with the documentation required by internal and external regulations
  • Supports all Corporate Sales Dealers in acquiring new accounts, securing line approvals and performing various internal and external marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for the achievement of financial goals of the unit under his/her supervision
  • Manages and develops personnel under his/her supervision

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Master's degree in Business or Economics is an advantage
  • Certified Treasury Professional (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years in Treasury and MarketsMinimum of 3 years in Treasury and Markets Sales
