About the Role
We are looking for experienced Investment Banking professionals to act as VP/Director-level reviewers for advanced AI research agents.
This is not a routine QA role, you will audit and challenge the AI's ability to perform at a top-tier Analyst/Associate level.
You will define gold-standard workflows (e.g., LBO modeling, 10-K analysis, pitchbook structuring) and conduct deep evaluations of AI-generated outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Create high-fidelity, complex IB prompts supported by synthetic Excel models, PDF filings, and CIMs that replicate real-world data.
- The Golden Path Definition: Map the ideal, step-by-step logic for tasks such as WACC derivation, accretion/dilution modeling, and precedent transaction analysis.
- Forensic Evaluation (The Audit): Review AI-generated financial models and investment memos to identify failures.
- Sensitivity Matrix Grading: Use rubrics to grade the AI on First Principles accuracy, ensuring valuation multiples and scenario modeling are logically defensible.
- Reasoning Feedback (RLHF): Write detailed critiques explaining the logic of a failure to teach the model elite-level reasoning.
Requirements:
Experience
- Analyst/Senior Analyst/Associate/Senior Associate at any investment banking company.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the finance domain with at least 1-2 years of experience in investment banking.
Education
- BSc/MSc in a quantitative/finance related degree (e.g. Finance, Economics and Engineering).
- MBA in Finance from a reputable institution is preferred.
Skills
- Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial and investment tools and instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products across asset classes, asset allocation, and risk management principles.
- Hands-on research capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience in investment analysis, wealth management, macro economic research, or portfolio management.
- Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries.
Compensation:
- Analysts / Sr. Analysts: $215 per task (8 hours of work)
- Associates / Sr. Associates / Higher:
- $215 per task (first 3 tasks)
- $265 per task thereafter
