Formulate and implement sales strategies and specific action plans for the team to hit sales targets.
Ensure that the team generates adequate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.
Closely monitor team sales performance against set targets through sales meetings and other sales activity tools.
Formulate appropriate training and recognition mechanisms.
Recommend and monitor programs that can improve service and credit quality, cost efficiency and profitability.
Ensure adherence to bank and external institutions regulatory, audit and operating procedures and requirements.
Provide the PBC Sales Head and SBL Unit Head with information and recommendations on market, market segments, territories, products and other market and customer information.
Perform other functions that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
Qualifications:
With at least 5 years of sales experience in consumer / commercial loan
Strong credit knowledge and financial analysis
Familiar with computer software including word processing, spreadsheets and presentations
