About The Role
We're looking for a Team Coach who can train new hires and help existing agents improve their skills and performance.
You'll work directly with agents through training, refresher sessions, and hands-on coaching to help them understand what they need to improve and how to improve it.
What You'll Do
- Conduct training for new hires
- Provide refresher training and uptraining for existing agents
- Coach agents who need help improving their performance
- Identify skill or knowledge gaps and what may be blocking improvement
- Demonstrate processes, observe agents, and provide practical feedback
- Support both voice and non-voice teams
- Use performance results to identify where additional coaching or training is needed
- Track progress after coaching or training
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- At least 1-2 years of relevant coaching, training, or team support experience
- Experience coaching or developing frontline agents
- Previous Trainer experience is a major plus
- Strong spoken and written English
- Warm, approachable, and engaging personality
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Able to identify why someone is struggling and determine the right support
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and giving constructive feedback
Benefits

- ₱35,000-₱45,000/month, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated training expertise
