What You'll Do as a Results Coach

You will lead a pod of assistants, ensuring performance excellence, engagement, and professional growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of assistants handling international client accounts
• Drive performance using clear KPIs and performance metrics
• Monitor productivity and implement performance improvement strategies
• Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and coaching sessions
• Foster a collaborative, safe, and high-accountability culture
• Communicate team insights and concerns to management
• Partner with Client Success Managers to deliver outstanding client results
• Ensure alignment with company policies and standards
• You won't be leading alone. You'll be supported along the way

What We're Looking For

We want leaders who combine emotional intelligence with performance discipline.

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience managing teams
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Deep understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong decision-making ability under pressure
• High adaptability and technical confidence
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Initiative, charisma, and professional maturity
