Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher located in Iloilo and Roxas City Proper. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a conducive learning environment, and assessing student progress through various methods. The Teacher will actively mentor students to foster their educational and personal growth while ensuring effective communication with students, parents, and the school community. Additional responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, managing classroom activities, and participating in professional development opportunities to maintain high teaching standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in subject-specific content and curriculum development.
• Teaching and mentorship skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a student-centered approach to teaching and mentorship.
• Relevant teaching certifications or licenses, as required by local regulatory bodies.
• Experience in teaching diverse learners and a passion for transformative education, particularly for underserved communities.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage).
